Shipping and Processing Time
Generell information
All of my artworks are shipped around the world.
Orders are dispatched within 4 business days unless otherwise stated.
My current courier is Collisimo and DHL. They will provide you with a tracking number once your parcel is shipped, to the email you supply at checkout.
Packaging
All my packaging is 99.9% plastic-free and compostable or recyclable.
All artworks are packed flat and securely in narrow boxes to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition.
Shipping time
Please note that potential delays could be due to public holidays or customs. We are not responsible for delays in transit.
Estimated delivery times are around 14 days, depending on your location. Please note, that frames are individually handmade and therefore require processing time. If you order an artwork without frames, delivery might be quicker.
(PLEASE NOTE that due to Covid-19, additional delays in shipping are possible.)
If your order is taking longer than the estimated time, please double check the submitted address, check with your local post, and finally, contact us with your inquiry.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
However, the product must be in its original shape and condition, without damage and in original packaging.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you, or a designated third party other than the carrier, received the product in possession.
If you have ordered in one order more goods with different delivery times, the withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the day you received the final product or part.
The moment when you have agreed upon a regular supply of products, the withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you, or a designated third party, have physical possession of the first product.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

To make use of your right of withdrawal, we ask you to send us an email, possibly including the standard form, via aqcaroell@gmail.com. Within 14 days after sending the email, you must return the products.
We ask you to return the product in the original packaging.
Repayment
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you will receive all payments, excluding any delivery charges within fourteen days back. We will pay you back with the same currency with which you have paid, unless another method agreed with us.
You bear the cost of return shipping.
